Museum open Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays 2 pm - 5 pm ( Last admission 4.30 pm)

Special Exhibition - Topsham Sailing Club -A celebration of 125 Years sailing.

Lecture topics to be announced.


Wednesday 28th April - Lunchtime Lecture - 11.30am. Doors open 11am.

GLOBAL GARDENERS Special Exhibition
A display charting the journeys of the Veitch nursery plant hunters, who travelled all over the world in the 19th and 20th centuries to collect new species of plants. The Museum holds a collection of Veitch plants in its Riverside Garden.


Sunday 16th May: Open 6pm - 9pm - Night at the Museum
Gardeners and their travels will be featured with plant identification information and readings. Light refreshments available.


Wednesday 27th May: Doors open 11am

Victorian Souvenir Collecting and the Plant Hunters.
