This exhibition will show examples of women's, men's and children's dress from the mid eighteenth century to the end of the 20th century.
The exhibition will follow a year in festivals and events such as Easter, Mayday, Ascot, Summer holidays, harvest Christmas and New Year. You will see typical dress that might have been worn for such events at different periods of history.
The exhibition will comprise about 50 outfits with assiciated accessories. The exhibition is housed in one of the oldest merchant's houses in Totnes.
